Warren Phillip-Clarke

Cedar Mill Risk Management

Warren Phillip-Clarke is the Work Health and Safety Manager, for Cedar Mill Risk Management. His specialisation is in the Emergency Management theatre where he holds qualifications in Paramedicine and Technical Rescue. Warren is a former Western Australian Police Officer where he initially began his journey in WHS, undertaking a role as a workplace safety representative for frontline policing.

In 28 years, Warren has developed industry experience across many facets of risk including covert operations planning, major public events and management of field based activities for the Australian Airforce Cadets. His experience in contextual thinking makes for effective planning and management all whilst maintaining a reputation for value-adding and simplicity. Warrens belief in perspective coordination helps clients adjust to changing demands of approval agencies and regulators but keeps their expectations realistic.

He has held roles from managing the emergency response capability of Australia’s only nuclear facility, planning and management of security and crowd safety for NSW Australia Day celebrations in Circular Quay, to site safety and risk management for local school fairs. He has experience in scaling activities, plans and arrangements to suit the client’s needs and enhancing the customer experience. With qualifications in leadership, training and management Warren has formal recognition of the experience he has developed through years of practical planning and operational delivery making him an asset to Cedar Mill Group.
