Cedar Mill Group was established by Winarch Capital in 2020 to lead its ambitious growth plans into the tourism and events sector.

Our winery circuit already takes in the Hunter Valley and Yarra Valley, with more in planning. The showcase piece within our regional venue circuit is Cedar Mill Lake Macquarie, a 30,000 seat amphitheatre which is well under construction and due for completion in 2025.

Cedar Mill Group also operates several companies which are specialists in their field of event management, security and risk management, venue operations and video production.
