Building his knowledge through a combination of Tier 1 multinational development, construction and investment companies and high net worth individuals, he has held senior positions that transgress the full property cycle from initial acquisitions and negotiations to project delivery and completion.

Stephen’s projects not only range geographically along the eastern seaboard of Australia (NSW & QLD), but his portfolio includes a wide variety of asset classes including all forms of residential, from boutique land subdivisions to high-rise and large integrated master planned communities showcasing exclusive golf courses and resorts with corresponding infrastructure, residential & retail mixed use, village centre and town centre.
