Paul is an experienced WHS Consultant providing consultancy services to clients across many industries including the Australian event industry.

During 33 years of industry experience in Engineering, Risk Management and Leadership Paul’s efforts and abilities have continuously been recognised. His experience has been grown in different Military theatres of operation and over the last 13 years in the civil sector in the Event Industry. Paul has managed the risk of operations in some of the most remote localities in the world and in some of the harshest of environments. Paul’s approach for any Cedar Mill Group job is to ensure risk management and WHS systems form a structure for organisational goal achievement, maximising the potential of the individual and ensuring delivery of patron experience.

Paul embeds 21 years of military, engineering, operational, and tactical methodologies into any role he performs. Operating within the command-and-control environment ensuring that the leadership team makes informed decisions at the right time. Paul has worked directly in the Live Entertainment Industry since 2013 managing the WHS Risks and Emergency Management processes across all jurisdictions. Paul possesses significant experience in Government, heavy industry high risk work, large scale emergency management and critical incident planning and management.
