Melissa is a highly accomplished, resilient and experienced leader with extensive management experience across various disciplines including business transformation, finance, human  resources, information technology, audit, customer experience, sales and marketing. Melissa worked within the gaming industry for almost 20 years before transitioning to the property industry in 2005. She has held senior and executive leadership roles across both industries.

Prior to joining Winarch Group, Melissa was Group COO for a national multi-jurisdictional organisation within the property industry delivering strata management, facilities management, property sales and management and concierge services. She is highly skilled in the fields of risk management, compliance control, business analysis and process optimisation, along with regulatory and stakeholder management making her an asset to Winarch Group and Cedar Mill Group.
