David has a vast range of experience in property having worked for local and multi- national contractors and developers, along with specialised project management and land development consultancies. At Winarch Capital David brings these experiences together in the Development Director role, where he oversees the full life cycle of a development from feasibility and acquisition through to construction and divestment. A career highlight for David has been the development and construction of Barangaroo Reserve in Sydney. Unique, innovative engineering and landscape solutions were required to deliver a world-famous landscape architect’s vision for the iconic site. This development has gone on to win numerous national and international awards since its completion.

As a Project Manager David has worked with many sub-consultants and has gained a broad knowledge of many specialty disciplines. These include environmental, bushfire, geotechnical, landscape, town planning, surveying and many more. This knowledge, coupled with his practical construction experience, enables the successful management and coordination of developments, as well as ensures that his projects receive the benefit of a well-managed team of sub-consultants. His knowledge of design constraints, options and construction costs is invaluable in the planning of developments of all sizes making him a valuable asset to Cedar Mill Consulting.
