Peter Kalef is the Sales Director at Winarch Property, bringing over 35 years of experience in property development, project marketing, and site acquisitions. Throughout his career, Peter has built a strong reputation for delivering specialized services in project marketing, development site sales, and advisory for both private and public blue-chip clients, including Goldman Sachs, Uniting Church, Rio Tinto, Macquarie Bank, Winton Partners, and Grocon.
Peter’s expertise spans a wide range of projects, from large-scale subdivisions to high-end residential developments. Notable project experience includes the sale of a 623-lot subdivision site at Gwandalan, the sale of a 100-lot subdivision at Nords Wharf, and project marketing for Martha Cove Mornington VIC, a 1000-lot house and land development. His portfolio also includes the staged subdivision of Crangan Bay, the sale of high-end Kahana Apartments in Freshwater, Sydney, and the off-plan sales for Kodo Apartments in Adelaide.

Michael is an experienced Project Manager at Winarch Property, specializing in the management and delivery of property development and construction projects. With a strong background in both sectors, he is responsible for overseeing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
His project experience includes significant contributions to the New Air Combat Capabilities upgrade at RAAF Williamtown, supporting the introduction of Australia’s first F-35 Joint Strike Fighters. Michael has also managed the delivery of multiple buildings for AGL’s Newcastle Gas Storage Facility, as well as various office and workshop spaces for mining contractors. His portfolio further includes several childcare centres, school upgrades, and the delivery of a medical centre.

Steve Mulholland is the Head of Winarch Property, bringing extensive experience in property development, construction, and investment. With a background shaped by working with Tier 1 multinational companies and high net worth individuals, Steve has held senior roles across all stages of the property cycle, from acquisitions and negotiations to project delivery. His expertise spans a diverse range of projects across NSW and QLD, including residential developments, mixed-use properties, and large-scale master-planned communities.
Steve’s core strengths lie in acquisitions and stakeholder negotiations, alongside driving business portfolio growth. Throughout his career, he has overseen projects of varying scales, from boutique subdivisions to large integrated communities with exclusive golf courses and resorts. He works closely with the Winarch Group CEO and executive team to ensure the company’s continued success and strategic growth.
His notable project experience includes leading multi-billion-dollar developments such as the Springfield Town Centre, a 50,000-residence community, as well as a range of residential, resort, and mixed-use projects along the eastern seaboard. Steve’s leadership and expertise continue to play a key role in the ongoing success of Winarch Property.
Hayley is a confident and energetic person who brings professionalism and dedication to every aspect of her role. With an eye for detail and relationship management, Hayley provides high level administrative support to the Director. Having worked in the development space for more than 13 years, Hayley has a solid foundation across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Her focus on timely information, office management and diary coordination are core to the daily operations of Winarch Group.
Kiera Woods serves as the Executive Assistant to Kyle McKendry, CEO of Winarch Group, where she leverages her expertise in administrative support, stakeholder engagement, and operational
efficiency. With over two years at Winarch Group and prior experience supporting multiple C-suite executives, Kiera has developed exceptional skills in complex scheduling, project management,
and relationship building across diverse industries. Her forward-thinking approach, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her an valuable asset to the executive
team and the broader organization.
Ben is an enthusiastic and fast learning accounting student currently completing his Bachelor’s Degree. With two years of experience as a bookkeeper and junior accountant he provides great
value to the Winarch Group in his roll of Assistant Accountant.
Coming from a background in logistics, Ben understands complex datasets and the importance of accurate and efficient reporting. He is a process driven individual that provides unmatched support
to the Finance Team.
Ashleigh is a Chartered Accountant with over 12+ years’ experience in accounting and finance, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial systems, controls, reporting and
business partnering.
Prior to joining the Winarch Group, Ashleigh began her career at a Big 4 Accounting firm and more recently has worked as a Financial Controller of a winery and bottling facility.
Melissa is an experienced leader with extensive management experience across various disciplines including business transformation, finance, human resources, information technology, audit, customer experience, sales and marketing. Melissa worked within the gaming industry for almost 20 years before transitioning to the property industry in 2005. Prior to joining Winarch Group, Melissa was Group COO for a national multi-jurisdictional organisation within the property industry delivering strata management, facilities management, property sales and management and concierge services. She is highly skilled in the fields of risk management, compliance control, business analysis and process optimisation, along with regulatory and stakeholder management. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business (BMgmt/IBMgmt).
Alongside her career commitments, Melissa has served as a board member for a not-for-profit banking institution, as well as five years as a board member for Strata Community Association (NSW), including Chairperson for the Education Committee (NSW), a member of the Audit and Risk Committee (NSW) and a member of the National Education Committee. She is an advocate for community living education and has been a regular presenter for SCA (NSW) and the City of Sydney at workshops, conferences and seminars.
Belinda is a dedicated Chartered Accountant with strong commercial focus and 20 years’ experience across Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management and Compliance. Belinda has a proven track record of supporting growth and scale up through the assessment and integration of acquisitions by building strong financial foundations and controls and delivering stability through liquidity and risk management.
Prior to joining Winarch Group, Belinda has worked as the Head of Finance for a global live entertainment, ticketing, and technology business, Group Controller for a global e-commerce retailer and Finance Manager of the largest indoor entertainment venue in Australia. Belinda is highly skilled in the implementation of risk management frameworks, the globalisation and alignment of finance processes and systems, launching international start-up subsidiaries and securing funding for strategic growth projects.
Kyle McKendry is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and leadership across the leisure, event, and property sectors. Beginning his career in the tourism and hospitality industry, he quickly demonstrated a talent for driving operational excellence and elevating customer experiences. His innovative mindset propelled him into senior leadership roles, where he successfully implemented strategies that achieved significant growth and improved profitability.
Before joining Winarch Group, Kyle spent more than a decade leading Roche Group’s Leisure & Hospitality and Property divisions, where he built strong industry connections and delivered exceptional outcomes. He transitioned to Winarch Group, and as Chief Executive Officer, built upon the company’s existing success, driving further growth and expanding its reach. Under Kyle’s strategic foresight, the organization has expanded its presence across various industries, strengthening its market position and reputation.
As CEO, Kyle is dedicated to driving Winarch Group’s continued growth and success. His focus on fostering collaboration, empowering his team, and embracing innovative approaches has resulted in increased revenue and market share. Ewen has 30 plus years’ experience with every major concert promoter in Australia including Live Nation, TEG and AEG. His background in finance combined with operational experience brings untold expertise to every project.
He has worked on major tours including Pink, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Fleetwood Mac, Paul McCartney, Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson U2 and many more. Festivals have included the V-festival and Download.
Prior to concerts, Ewen worked with the Coca-Cola Company, and Disney on event activations.
David has a vast range of experience in property having worked for local and multi-national contractors and developers, along with specialised project management and land development consultancies.
At WINARCH CAPITAL David brings these experiences together in the Development Director role, where he oversees the full life cycle of a development from feasibility and acquisition through to construction and divestment. As a Project Manager David has worked with many sub consultants and has gained a broad knowledge of many specialty disciplines. These include environmental, bushfire, geotechnical, landscape, town planning, surveying and many more. This knowledge, coupled with his practical construction experience, enables the successful management and coordination of developments, as well as ensures that his projects receive the benefit of a well-managed team of sub consultants.
David’s involvement as Senior Engineer and Project Manager on large residential developments allows him to quickly identify and quantify the risks to a development, and he has the experience to make informed recommendations to mitigate these risks. His knowledge of design constraints, options and construction costs is invaluable in the planning of developments of all sizes.
To date his career highlight has been the development and construction of Barangaroo Reserve in Sydney, where unique and innovative engineering and landscape solutions were required to deliver a world-famous landscape architect’s vision for the iconic site, which has gone on to win numerous national and international awards since completion in 2015. David has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil with University Medal) degree from the University of Newcastle, along with PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. With a focus on the use of collaboration, innovation & creativity within the context of appropriate project controls, David ensures the vision and value of each development is delivered for WINARCH CAPITAL.

A natural enquirer and determined Project Officer, she seeks growth opportunities and thrives when pushed out of her comfort zone which is evident through her change in career path, having worked in the Health sector for over 15 years in Business Administration, Finance and Operations.
Paul has over 16 years’ experience in Commercial, Residential and Property Development Finance. His background as Founder and Director of CVG Finance, means he has a strong and detailed understanding of the feasibility and structure required to make a deal and development a success. Paul has taken his expertise in development funding and applied it directly to his portfolio which has led to significant success in the property development sector. With a focus on outcome driven results, Paul specialises creating strategic opportunities for the business.
He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Newcastle. Paul’s experience as a broker, business owner and director combined with his strong work ethic and commercial acumen enable him to deliver value for Winarch Group.
